We are delighted to announce that the major regeneration work on the Princess Royal Theatre and Civic Square, aimed at enhancing our town centre and improving key facilities, will commence on Monday, 26th May 📅.
We are pleased to have appointed MorganSindall as the contractors for this project.
We want to keep our residents and customers fully informed about access to our key facilities and any potential disruptions:
🏛️🌳 Civic Centre and Civic Square Access:
🔹 The Civic Centre is not included in the regeneration project, so access will be maintained for our customers throughout. 🔹 Increased noise levels are expected from the construction work. 🔹 Public parking will continue to be available in the top car park, prior to the barriers.
Once again, we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance Port Talbot Town Centre.
