Welcome to the latest edition of our South and Vale Business Support newsletter!
Eligible business ratepayers based in South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse are reminded that the applications for the Government's Restart Grant scheme close on Wednesday 30th June. 


The Restart Grant scheme supports ratepaying businesses that are predominantly reliant on delivering in-person services for the general public from the rated premises in the following sectors:
  • Non-essential retail
  • Hospitality
  • Accommodation
  • Leisure
  • Personal care
  • Gym businesses

Please note that final payments will be made by 31 July 2021.

The second round of South and Vale's Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) closed for applications on 31 March 2021 and all available funding was subsequently awarded to successful applicants. 

At the current time, the Councils have no further ARG funding available to distribute. Should this situation change, we will publish an update via the SVBS newsletter as soon as relevant information is available.
