I am writing to let you know that, during October, we plan to amend your payment period term from 30 days End of Month to 45 days from Date of Invoice.

We don’t believe that this will make any significant change to your payment pattern but it will be of operational benefit to us so hope that this is acceptable to you.

Please let me know if you would like to discuss this – if we don’t hear from you, we will implement this change during October.
