National Fitness Day is just around the corner! On 24 September, we'll be encouraging as many of you to get as physically active as possible through our annual RAF Myzone National Fitness Day Challenge, an inter-facility competition powered by the RAF Central Fund!
How does it work?
- Look out for your invitation to the 24hr challenge on your Myzone App or email.
- Earn as many Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) as you can on 24 September.
- Points earned in all the Myzone Effort Zones will count so you don’t have to be super fit to take part.
- As an inter-facility challenge you will be earning MEPs for your facility (be that a Station, Sports Association, or the RAF Central Fund), each of which will be competing for the challenge trophy!
- Each facility must have a minimum team of 10 participants, each earning over 100 MEPs on the day, to be eligible for the challenge trophy.
- Collective points are averaged out by the number of participants taking part in each facility. This will keep the challenge fair regardless of the size of the Myzone facility taking part.
- Individual prizes to be won!
Don't have a Myzone device?
Why not take advantage of our Myzone offer at the bottom of this newsletter, or ask your gym as many Station gyms have pooled Myzone belts available to loan.
