ON THE ROAD AGAIN........
Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway
Lake Garda
With the easing of restrictions within the UK and across Europe, there is cautious optimism tours will begin to operate again in the coming weeks.

We are looking forward to assisting you and are already contacting our partners to request information on their preparations to re-open. At hotels, we are establishing check-in procedures, dining arrangements and the availability of facilities. We will notify you as required, with updates closer to tour departure dates, so you can keep clients informed.

We anticipate compromises may prove necessary with planned visits and excursions and thank you in advance for your understanding.  Rest assured we will work closely with you if revised arrangements are needed.

We understand you’ll want to reassure your clients you are adhering to the rules and regulations for travel. Below we have included some links to information on the operation of coaches and tours within the UK and across Europe - We hope you find these useful. They are regularly updated and should therefore be checked again prior to tour departures for the most up to date advice:
  • We're Good to Go - Visit Britain consumer mark for tourism and hospitality business
  • Reopen Europe - EU information on cross-border travel and health and safety guidance
  • ETOA web site - A source of information for travel across the UK and Europe
In addition the, Confederation of Passenger Transport  (CPT) should be consulted about rules and regulations on coach operations.

How you can help us
Hotels and other suppliers will seek reassurance regarding tour plans and we feel it likely tour cancellation and payment deadlines will be strictly adhered to. We will work with you, requesting information when required, and in advance of all approaching deadlines we strongly recommend you;

  • Make contact with all booked clients to reconfirm their intention to travel
  • Collect client balance payments promptly
  • Advise us at the earliest opportunity if you need to request an extension to an agreed deadline
  • Pay our invoices promptly, please, so that we in turn can make payment to our suppliers
We will remain in close contact prior to latest tour cancellation deadlines and you shouldn’t hesitate to contact us to request information or assistance when required.

Your continued trust in Norman Allen Group Travel is very much appreciated and we remain fully committed to supporting your business as tours return to the road.  We will do all we can, within the ever changing circumstances, to ensure your passengers enjoy a relaxing and much needed holiday.
