Take a short journey to Neuschönau and into the Bavarian National Park. Here time to enjoy a guided walking tour of the forest along an accessible walkway. The 44 meter high observation tower provides a magnificent panorama of the surrounding area. Spend the afternoon in the medieval city of Regensburg. The historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with over 2000 years of history to explore including the Cathedral, 12th century stone bridge and the Historic Sausage Kitchen which is thought to be the oldest continuously open restaurant in the world before its time to head home with a return overnight once again in the Metz area.
