Autumn Gold on the Cork Coast and the Ring of Kerry
7 Days/6 Nights - £828

Both Co. Cork and Co. Kerry are known for gloriously moody landscapes, dramatic headlands and crashing waves where you can discover charming, brightly painted towns and an array of places to visit.  Beautiful scenery awash with a tapestry of colours - the burnt orange and burnished gold of the trees and bracken with the purple heather on the mountains

Travel across Ireland with stops en-route before arriving in Kenmare, located between the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara peninsulas, where your mainstay hotel, the 3 star Kenmare Bay Hotel and Resort is located,  just a few minutes' walk from the charming shops and gourmet delights of Kenmare Town,

From here, you'll have the chance to discover Bantry House, still lived in by the family descendants, with stunning views across Bantry Bay and its impressive treasures. On then to the coastal town of Glengariff, where 37 acre Garnish Island is located in the sheltered harbour. Here we take a boat trip to see its famous gardens, typified by the rich variety of plants, with colours that change with the seasons and spotting along the way some of Ireland's rich marine life first hand, such as the seals basking on the rocks at Seal Island.

Derreen Gardens are located on a peninsula at the head of Kilmackillogue Harbour and surrounded by the Caha Mountains. A network of winding paths passes through a mature woodland garden laid out 150 years ago with subtropical plants from around the world and incomparable views of the sea and mountains. (Half day local coach hire included for your drivers day off) The afternoon is free to relax or explore Kenmare with its independent shops and eateries.

Last but by no means least, a full day around the famous 'Ring of Kerry'. An unforgettable tour with many beautiful views of the McGillicuddy Reeks Mountains inland, the spectacular Wild Atlantic Way coastline and many signs of ancient settlements.

Your tour includes:  Greeted on arrival with tea and coffee. 4 nights half board with full Irish breakfast and three course, choice dinner with tea and coffee.  On site coach parking. Half board overnights out and return. Return ferry crossings. Admission to Bantry House. Boat trip and admission to Garnish Island. Admission to Derreen Gardens. Half day local coach hire. Seven days coach services..
