Take the short trip to Glen Nevis for a return gondola ride 2150 feet up the north face of Aonach Mor to the Snowgoose Restaurant and viewing platforms before visiting the Mountain Discovery Centre. No visit would be complete without a cruise on Loch Ness and popping in the newly developed Loch Ness Centre and Exhibition.
Starting the adventure with an overnight stop in the Borders before proceeding north and a wonderfully scenic route through Perthshire, passing Inverness and heading on to Thurso. The 3* Pentland Hotel, well located in the centre of the town, welcomes you for three nights, just a few minutes walk from the town centre.
Time then to venture on to Fort William for three nights, staying at the 3 star Alexandra Hotel, centrally located for exploring the town and the Highlands with an overnight for the homeward bound journey included too.
