Could robotics be a help with engineer recruitment?

Not only can robotic automation help ease businesses through staff shortages by taking over those repetitive manual tasks, but commentators now suggest, too, that having robots as a key element of the production line could also help with recruitment, giving businesses an advantage over their competitors who are all targeting a shrinking pool of engineering talent. It’s obvious when you think about it, but of course the new generation of engineers are going to want to work with robots. For machine builders, that’s another good reason to be talking to customers about integrating robots onto machines.
