Innovation can help pull us through a crisis

For many businesses owners, operating in the current economic environment has been likened to walking on a tightrope in a tornado – constantly struggling to maintain balance and not fall. SME finance provider Time Finance describes the economic outlook as "extremely concerning" as UK businesses grapple with the latest interest rate hike, rising costs, inflation, supply chain issues and forecasts of a 2022 recession. Our sector is known for its resilience, but that is going to be tested to the limits. In the characteristic absence of government support, it is going to be innovation that sees us through. And that's where we hope Industrial Technology can help, providing a wealth of ideas and innovative thinking, as the stories below illustrate.

With best regards
