Empower employees on the factory floor

New research from Visual Components reveals that labour shortages have led to revenue losses for four-in-ten UK manufacturers, as well as delaying new projects. With talent at a premium, one solution says Visual Components CEO Mikko Urho is to look at upskilling existing staff.
