Driving growth with a modern industrial strategy

With its new industrial strategy, the government is pledging to deliver stability for investors and give industry the confidence to plan for the next 10 years and beyond. Our sector will be hoping that the government will deliver on that promise, because many will be thinking that we’ve heard it all before, with little in the way of actual change. The first step has been the publication of a green paper to kickstart delivery of the industrial strategy, and businesses are invited to respond on the overall vision, the approach to growth sectors and the policy levers needed to drive investment.

With best regards
