Leverage AI to tackle high-skilled labour shortage
The shortage of high-skilled labour continues to be a problem for manufacturers, and robots have long been argued as a key part of the solution. But now, highlighting the results of a recent survey, Fluke Reliability says that instead of robots, industrial organisations are leveraging AI and automation to high-skill roles. Some 98% of respondents to the survey consider AI a viable solution to the skills shortage, and 36% say it is their primary motivation for implementing AI.
