Dear members of the UK DNA Working Group,
We are delighted to announce that we will be holding a week-long series of global webinars, 17-21st January 2022, to showcase advances in eDNA technology for biodiversity monitoring. This augments our annual physical conference, which will hopefully be held later in the year.
The eDNA webinars will feature presentations from leading researchers in eDNA technology, stakeholders utilizing eDNA tools for biodiversity monitoring, and companies delivering eDNA services from around the world.

https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/7085275338908241424 Day 1 (Monday 17th January) will feature presentations by UK Government Agencies and other end users, including updates from the Defra DNA Centre of Excellence and the Scottish DNA Hub, eDNA research needs in the Environment Agency, and the role of eDNA evidence in delivering marine research and policy.
Day 2, 3 and 5 (Tues, Wed and Friday) will feature presentations by leading researchers in eDNA including: Louis Bernatchez, Rosie Blackman, Kristine Bohmann, Sarah Bourlat, Mike Bunce, Tristan Cordier, Melania Cristescu, Kristy Deiner, Ryan Kelly, Florian Leese, Masaki Miya, Naiara Rodriguez-Ezpeleta, Michael Stat.
Day 4 (Thursday) will showcase companies delivering commercial eDNA services.
Day 5 will conclude with a synthesis session and feature a Q&A with an extended panel of all available participants.
Timings for each day will vary and communicated shortly to enable live contributions from different global timezones.
