Going, Going, Gone! Making way for Castleford’s exciting new Riverside regeneration project
Have you noticed a little more sky on the horizon down by the river in Castleford? Work has started to remove some of the old, derelict houses there, and will continue to include the demolition of the abandoned Crimea Tavern. Safety hoardings have been put in place and feature artist's impressions of what the two new public riverside parks will look like once complete.
