Crisis Care Practitioner


Grade: Band 6 - £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (pro rata for part time)

As part of our current local transformation work, Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust have received investment to expand our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (CRHT) teams. We are seeking experienced, dedicated and passionate Crisis Care Practitioners (Band 6) to join our Multi-Disciplinary team from either a Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work background.

The CRHT team provide rapid response and intensive home support for adults who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis. We also work with our community teams and partner organisations to provide a range of support options for people experiencing mental health crisis. Hours can be flexible, and we welcome applications for part- and full-time work.

Grade: Band 2 - £22,383 per annum (pro rata for part time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Clerical Officer/Receptionist within our health centres. As a member of the administration team you will ensure a high quality reception and efficient administration service is provided to staff and patients.   This post is based at Rainworth Primary Care Centre but the post holder will also be required to work at other bases in the Sherwood Locality.

You will be required to have good written and verbal communication skills as the role entails liaising with staff, clients and other agencies at all levels.  You may be required to work at other health centres across the county so ability to travel a necessity.
