Specialist Palliative Care Nurse


Grade: Band 7 £46,148 - £52,809 per annum (pro rata for part time)

We are advertising a fixed term or secondment opportunity for a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our established team working in the South of Nottinghamshire. The Clinical Nurse Specialist role provides expert symptom management and psychological support to patients and those important to them. Based within local health centre, and joining the wider specialist palliative care services from John Eastwood Hospice and Hayward House you will provide expert clinical support and advice to patients in their own home.

The location of the role is subject to successful appointment but is likely to be in the Rushcliffe area of South Nottinghamshire. You will join a team of six nurse specialists working under the clinical leadership of consultants in palliative medicine.

IT Trainer


Grade: Band 5 - £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (pro rata for part time)

The IT Training team is part of the Clinical Applications Team (Health Informatics Service), and this role provides training and support for a range of clinical and non-clinical applications, using a variety of learning tools, supporting all learning styles and abilities. 

This role requires an experienced IT Trainer who can train on any given syllabus which might include formal classroom training (face-to-face and virtually), running workshops, ‘one to one’ support and floor walking, as well as developing and maintaining support materials and self-help learning tools (eLearning, videos, user guides). The delivery of training can take place at any of the Trust’s locations including the applications users’ place of work, including our offices, community bases and inpatient areas.
