Clinical Associate Psychologist

Grade: Band 5 - £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (pro rata for part time)

Band 5 (progressing to Band 6 upon successful completion of apprenticeship training)

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Associate Psychologist to join the Mansfield Local Mental Health Team (LMHT). This Band 6 post is available following the successful completion of apprenticeship training.

The LMHT brings together a range of mental health professionals, supporting people experiencing a variety of mental health difficulties, including complex trauma, psychosis, depression, anxiety, dissociation, self-harm, and life-threatening behaviours.

The successful applicant will work alongside two experienced Clinical Psychologists, supporting the delivery of psychological interventions to patients under the care of the team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary LMHT, the post holder will provide both individual and group clinical work, contributing to high-quality, person-centred care.

Grade: Band 4 - £26,530 - £29,114 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

The Trust’s training department delivers a wide range of activities and programmes across five key themes: essential training, skills for work and life, therapeutic skills, recovery education, and leadership and management development. The department operates across two sites – Duncan Macmillan House in Mapperley and The Mike Harris Centre at Rampton Hospital.

This role requires strong administrative and coordination skills, proficiency in IT and audio-visual (AV) equipment, and excellent customer service abilities. The post-holder will play a key role in supporting essential training and induction programmes and will share responsibility for managing the department's shared mailboxes. While primarily based at Duncan Macmillan House, occasional travel to other sites may be required.
