This includes adhering to the Catering Food Safety Manual, Trust policies, the Food Safety Act, and all relevant food hygiene regulations.
The role also involves liaising with ward teams to support individual dietary needs and provide allergen information, acting as a key link between catering services and clinical areas. A recognised catering qualification or demonstrable experience in chef and catering services is essential.
