Are you ready to take the next step in your clinical leadership career? We are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rampton Hospital, one of only three high secure hospitals in England. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership to a well-established team of occupational therapists, OT assistants, apprentices, and support staff within the Mental Health and Personality Disorder Services.

As the Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in shaping and developing clinical services, while holding a small complex caseload and delivering therapeutic group interventions. You will also be responsible for the professional supervision of occupational therapy staff and students, contributing to their development and ensuring high standards of care. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated leader with excellent communication skills, ready to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. In return, we offer a supportive working environment and an additional £7,000 per annum high secure allowance for successful applicants.
