The ICATT team delivers rapid, short-term assessment and treatment for people with learning disabilities who may have co-existing mental health needs. This means patients can receive person-centred care in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, helping maintain continuity in their lives and reducing disruption for both them and their carers. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support people to remain part of their own communities while achieving better health outcomes.
