We have an exciting opportunity within the Nottinghamshire West Locality to join our Broxtowe Healthy Families Team - an integrated 0-19 service committed to delivering high-quality, community-based healthcare.

As a Health Visitor (Specialist Public Health Practitioner), you’ll take a leadership role within our skill-mixed team, promoting and supporting the health and wellbeing of children, young people, and their families. You’ll use your clinical expertise to assess health needs, deliver the Healthy Child Programme, provide evidence-based interventions, and work in partnership with families and professionals to reduce health inequalities and improve long-term outcomes.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Facilities Services Team as a Porter/Facilities Assistant at John Eastwood Hospice in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. This vital role supports the overall patient and visitor experience by ensuring all areas - both patient and non-patient - are maintained to a high standard. The role also includes helping with food service, ensuring meals are delivered to patients with care and attention.

Although previous experience in a domestic, cleaning, or catering environment is desirable, it’s not essential as full training will be provided. What matters most is a commitment to providing a high-quality service and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

John Eastwood Hospice provides specialist palliative care services in a calm and compassionate environment. As a valued member of the Facilities team, you’ll contribute to this important work by helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for patients, families, and staff. We offer in-house training to support your personal development and will ensure you have everything you need to succeed in the role.
