We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Team Administrator to join the Broxtowe Healthy Families Team, with a negotiable base within the district. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - you’ll provide vital administrative support to the Professional Service Lead and Service Manager, covering everything from arranging meetings and away days to accurate minute-taking and supporting local projects. Flexibility is key, as you may also be required to cover other administrative colleagues and adapt to the needs of the service.
You will need strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. From preparing reports and managing data to handling sensitive information in line with confidentiality and data protection guidelines, your contribution will ensure the smooth running of the team.
