National Apprenticeship
Week 2023

We recently celebrated everything that's brilliant about apprenticeships at York College & University Centre.

It was great to acknowledge the success of our students, our partnerships with local businesses and to get out into the community to spread the word on apprenticeships.

Congratulations are in order for 16-year-old Fraser Rigby who has won the (ICG) Inspiring Culinary Generations’ Aspiring Student Chef (16-18) competition.

Ready Steady Glow!

Our hair, beauty and media make-up students showed off their creative flair in our annual competitions this week.

The winners of each category were presented with terrific prizes including afternoon tea vouchers and spa days, which were generously donated by our business partners.

If you would like to develop your understanding of engineering drawings and CAD, we have a great Level 2 Introduction to AutoCAD course.

This course will build your confidence in the use of AutoCAD and give you all the basic skills, tools and techniques to create your own AutoCAD drawings.
