Help us keep your communities well this winter – apply now for funding support
Our winter 2024/2025 community funding programme has now launched. We are looking for local community groups and organisations to support the delivery of key health messages from October to March 2025.
Key messages include: flu and COVID-19 vaccination, navigating health services, GP access and self-care. This programme is also an opportunity to gain insight on barriers and motivations, enhance community engagement and provide targeted support to improve health outcomes.
The programme is looking for organisations that can have conversations with people, who can share the messages, verbally and through conversation with families and communities. Simple messages, information and resources will be made available to support this.
