As you know, NHS North West London has been asking residents to share their views on proposed improvements to adult community specialist palliative care services, as part of our commitment to provide compassionate, high-quality support for people facing serious or life-limiting illnesses.

We’d encourage anyone with an interest to:

• Complete our public consultation questionnaire online
• Or download and print a paper copy of the questionnaire, and return without a stamp to Freepost, Healthier North West London
• Or share your views on email to Nhsnwl.endoflife@nhs.net or by Freepost. If you are completing on behalf of an organisation, please state the name of the organisation in your email or letter. 

The public consultation runs for 14 weeks from 18 November 2024 to 24 February 2025.
