That app you use every day? We built it. 👋

We’ve worked with 24-7 Prayer for 20 years, helping bring their mission to life through technology and watching their app evolve along the way. We’re really proud to have been part of Lectio 365.

Lectio 365 has grown into an app used by hundreds of thousands of people globally.

Our role was to turn that vision into a reliable, accessible mobile experience, creating the technology that helps deliver daily prayer content simply and seamlessly.

Turning a vision into a working product

Lectio 365 was created to help people pause, reflect and connect with prayer throughout their day.

We worked with the 24-7 Prayer team on the development of the app, transforming the concept into a digital product that could deliver daily content in a simple and engaging way.

The challenge was creating technology that felt seamless for users while providing a strong foundation behind the scenes.

Built with users in mind

Great technology should remove friction and allow people to focus on the experience itself.

Our goal for Lectio 365 was for it to be intuitive, responsive, and easy to use, helping users move through daily prayer moments in an engaging experience.

From performance and reliability to the overall user journey, every technical decision was made to support the purpose of the app.

Technology built to support a global audience

Reliability is essential when creating a digital product with a global user base. For our latest app update, we collaborated with a design team to prioritise key accessibility elements like colour contrast and text sizing. We also developed the app to fully support essential screen readers, including VoiceOver and TalkBack.

Using React Native to build the front end, and Laravel Nova powering the back end, 24-7 Prayer have the ability to add and update content themselves - essential for an app delivering three different prayer themes every single day.

A digital product with real purpose

Lectio 365 is an example of how technology can help bring meaningful experiences into everyday life.
