Letters from Father Christmas
Make Christmas even more magical for your little ones this year with a personalised letter from Father Christmas.
Our elves are hard at work, helping Father Christmas get everything ready for the big day, including making sure he writes back to some very special children on the nice list. If you think your child would like a letter from Father Christmas, our elves just need a few details no later than Sunday 8 December.
For a small donation to Hampshire Hospitals Charity, our elves will get to work making sure Father Christmas writes back before he jumps on his sleigh and heads out on Christmas Eve.

Send a gift to some spending Christmas in hospital this year
Every year you amaze us with your generosity in providing gifts for those who will be spending Christmas in hospital.
To help you pick a gift that we know someone will love, we’ve worked with our teams across the wards to compile an Amazon Wishlist of gift ideas for you to choose from. To purchase, all you need to do is click the button below, select the gift or gifts you’d like to donate, and pay for them. They’ll then be sent to us so we can wrap them and hand them out on the big day.
To ensure we receive the gifts in plenty of time to distribute to as many people as possible, we ask that any donations are purchased by Monday 16 December. Thank you!

Christmas cards and gifts
This year, we have two beautiful Christmas card designs for you to choose from - our Fluffy Robin or our Frosty Snowman. Question is, which will you choose? At just £5 per pack of ten, we think the answer is both!
Click below to purchase these, and other items that would make an ideal gift, in our online shop.

Big Penguin Challenge
Wellington Country Park was taken over by a flock of penguins recently as they all took part in our latest fundraising event, The Big Penguin Challenge.
Dressed in their penguin onesies, participants tackled an inflatable obstacle course full of slides and foam pits, emerging at the end to be rewarded with a well deserved medal and goodie bag.

Thank you Nuala!
Eight-year-old Nuala wanted to raise money for Hampshire Hospitals Charity after her cousin had been cared for by the team in Basingstoke’s children’s ward when he had Meningitis.
Nuala and her friend decided to raise money by running a 5K around their home town. She used the Couch to 5K app to help her train and ran the distance in an impressive 33 minutes!
Thanks to the support of her friends, family and school, Nuala raised £500 and the money has been used to purchase toys and resources that help our young patients feel more comfortable when visiting us.

Thank you Ace Trainers
The team at Ace Trainers has recently donated a percentage of their annual profits to Hampshire Hospitals Charity. This donation will be used to support facilities for children and young people who use our hospitals.

Thank you bakers!
Is there such a things as too much cake? Here at Hampshire Hospitals Charity HQ, we don't think so! Recently we've seen a number of our wards hosting bake sales raising a staggering £2,500 between them. Huge thank you to the play team, maternity teams in Basingstoke and Winchester, the breast team and Anthony Letchworth Ward for organising all these wonderful sales.
