We are seeking feedback from residents, businesses, and stakeholders on how St Philip’s Marsh could change in the future. St Philip's Marsh is a major part of the wider Bristol Temple Quarter area, with the opportunity to create a sustainable, mixed-use neighbourhood with thousands of new homes and jobs, alongside new public spaces, community infrastructure, and industrial land. We have developed three different scenarios to transform the area, while tackling major challenges like flood risk, a lack of public transport, and infrastructure like low railway bridges, and are asking residents to give feedback on the elements they do and don’t like.

|
Feedback will help shape a final masterplan that will set out ambitions and potential delivery options.
The plan is likely to be a blend of ideas from each scenario and will be published later this year.

|
We will be hosting a number of community drop-in and pop-up events. Residents are welcome to join us at any of these events to view the proposals in more detail or ask questions to the team.
