Working together and celebrating our people

The dedication and hard work of our junior doctor colleagues was celebrated recently at our annual Junior Doctor Awards! The awards are an important way of recognising the crucial role that over 400 junior doctors play in delivering outstanding patient care.
Our People Awards ceremony took place this summer! This annual celebration of the remarkable and inspiring things that people at the heart of Hampshire Hospitals do followed a series of tea parties where nominees also received a thank you. You can now watch the full after-movie on our YouTube here.
In July, we were pleased to showcase a new partnership project with the University of Winchester: Life Lens. More than £40,000 invested in cooling caps for cancer patients

For many cancer patients, hair loss can be one of the most difficult side effects of treatment.
