St Jude's Refurbishment Update

Dear resident,

Welcome to your April 2026 St Jude’s resident's newsletter.

Each month, we will be sending you an update on the project to let you know what progress has been made and what’s coming up over the next few weeks.

Progress report to be presented to Homes and Housing Delivery Committee

On Friday 10 April officers will present an update on the progress that has taken pace to improve the building and fire safety to council blocks in St Jude’s to the Homes and Housing Delivery Committee.

Next in-person residents meeting

The next in-person meeting will take place on Wednesday 15 April

You will have the opportunity to speak to officers from our repairs and maintenance and tenancy management teams about any questions or concerns you have about your homes. Officers will also provide an overview of the latest committee report and answer any questions you may have.

If you can’t attend the meeting but have a question, please email studes@bristol.gov.uk.

Play area construction update

Work to improve the pay area is currently taking pace, which is due to be complete by the end of April. Please ensure your children do not enter the area until works are complete and it is safe to do so. Thank you for your patience while this area is under construction.
